Founder

The agency was founded by Charlotte Nowak, with a background shaped across Europe and the United States.

She studied International Management in Paris, gained early experience through an internship at a Silicon Valley startup, and later worked in global media environments including CBS.

The agency was ultimately founded during her time in Los Angeles, influenced by the pace of digital culture, the expectations of younger audiences, and the realities of brand perception in public.

Today, that international perspective informs the firm’s work at the intersection of cultural intelligence, communication strategy, and reputation.
